The Company offers a full range of senior living options, including independent living (IL), assisted living (AL) and memory care (MC) under its Aspira retirement brand, long-term care (LTC), and specialized programs and services. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Share issueThis management team pulled the company through covid, didn't lower dividends, managed to expand/start/finish projects, has steadily increased shareholder value, bought back shares, reduced debt, increased revenues/profitability, created an employee stock option plan, and has stabilized occupancy to pre pandemic levels.  This is what is deemed horrible these days?  I personally think they have done a great job and deserve to get paid top dollar as long as they bring us investors along for the ride
