Bloomberg reported to day that Sweden may borrow $28 bill

Bloomberg reported to day that Sweden may borrow $28 bill for nuclear power development.  Sweden is considering a very large increase in it's nuclear power base.  Which is great news for us since Sweden is a careful fowarding thinking country.
