Thank you for the map of the U.S. quinlash. Of course, Tilray - despite having an office in NYC - isn't allowed to sell cannabis anywhere in the US - it being illegal for a Canadian cannabis Lp to do so.
I own 5 US MSOs - which do sell cannabis in many of the states that have legalized, Cannabist, Cresco, Curaleaf, Trulieve and Verano. Ohio is the most recent state to grant licences - 4 of my MSOs are already selling cannabis in the state.
It seems an intelligent investor wanting to be involved in the US cannabis sector would buy US cannabis companies - who already operate in the 40 odd states that have legalized.
If you want to be invested in US cannabis - why would you invest ina Canadian cannabis Lp like Tilray. Seems like dead money and missed opportunity - not a clever play
