The feigned ignorance is weird. But for everyone other than you, NO COMPANY has EVER mailed meeting materials BEFORE the ex date. Only shareholders as of August 16th will receive material. If you cut it close, and buy OTC in the USA, don't expect it quickly. You may need to contact Computershare if you have nothing by end of August. In your case, with your 10 million shares, check with your crack legal team about the status of your dissenting slate of directors.
