It holds a 100% interest in the Akie Property, which is located approximately 260 kilometers north-northwest of the town of Mackenzie in northeastern British Columbia (BC). The Akie zinc-lead-silver property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost extension of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin. The Kechika Regional Project consists of 11 properties, including the Mt. Alcock, Bear & Spa, Pie, Yuen, and Cirque East properties that extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometers along the strike of the prospective Gunsteel Formation shale. The project is located in northeastern BC within the geological district known as the Kechika Trough.

The Varshneys are the only one's buying the stock.

Maybe they want to turn it into a private company. Not that there would change much for them, as they are already treating/running this PUBLIC company as a private company. No communication whatsoever to their fellow shareholders.

I think they have a problem with one of their main shareholders. Chinese that hold an interest in critical mineral companies are a problem. And zinc is considered a critical mineral.
Still awaiting drill results from 3/4 years (?) ago that were send to this Chinese company.
And they are also doing little/nothing in regards to the spin-out they are mentioning in their presentations for years now.

So your conclusion about a dead company may be right. And, learning about Chinese companies over the last years, 'someone' that might come along to buy ZNX may take decades. The Chinese are champions in the waiting game. They don't look 5/10 years ahead, but generations.
