Q2 was OK.

Q2 was OK.
All good. Dividend continues at current rate.

On other words: same old, same old.

My wife and I started accumulating BRE in 2018. It was called Brookfield Real Estate Services at the time. We have kept adding over the years (last purchase was in 2022).

The dividend has been stable, paid monthly in good and bad times, including the pandemic when everything was closed.

With a (tax advantaged) yield in excess of 10% we will keep holding.
