DRM bought at $22 but not that good of a deal at $17 to scoop up a few more?
I think we just need Sandpiper/Artis to hostile bid us between $25-28 and get this nightmare office ticker retired once and for all.
I can scoop up some nice reits still at 7-9% yields with potential 20-30% upside
