"What is the Dundee story now?"

My guess is:

Step 1) Raise cash, lots of it (sale of G Mining)

Step 2) Clean the balance sheet (redeem all preferred)

Step 3) Go private

What I do not get is why some folks are selling their shares this morning at $1.40 or elss. It makes no sense.
