Corporate debt is only $13.5M per pg. 17 of the MD&A. They should have about $54M in proforma corporate cash (and obviously a lot more liquidity though the portfolio of marketable securities). So yes, lots of room left to buyback DC.A... my guess is they will either be very active on the NCIB or launch a substantial issuer bid.

I highly doubt they go private but anything is possible.
