BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust’s primary objective is to maximize total return to unitholders, to generate stable monthly cash distributions that are reliable and fiscally beneficial to unitholders, to grow the Trust’s assets through internal growth and accretive acquisitions, and optimize the value of its assets through dynamic management of its properties to maximize their long-term value. The Trust invests in industrial, off-downtown core office and necessity-based commercial properties across Canada for the benefit of its investors. RE:RE:Questions for BTB REIT Management and Board of TrusteesWell, I have no idea how seriously they are taking this, but for your information, I have indeed written to the AMF (Autorite des Marches Financiers du Quebec - provincial regulator here) to share all of these odd developments.

I don't know what the AMF will decide to do and when they will do it.

Considering the continued decline in shareholder support exhibited in the trustee election voting results at the last AGM two months ago, I am particularly amazed that BTB trustees believe that status quo needs no review.

How low do the FOR votes need to go before they acknowledge unitholder discontent? Your guess is as good as mine, but it seems that mid-low 70% is not low enough.
