terrible well overpaid management

terrible well overpaid managementBusiness is shrinking, no real direction or strategy, you know, business as we're now used to ad shareholders ripped-off with no consideration as usual, meanwhile, management + the board are increasing their paychek subtantially. But you know what, shareholders are to blame. when asked last june in the annual assembly to vote yes/no to keep management and the board, the results were around 90 % for Yes.

By the way, now that the company is smaller and less complex, with the board and senior management decrease their pay ?? I guess you know the answer!! will not be suprized they vote for a special huge bonus due to the sale of falco .... and the 300 + M$ we're loosing in this drama
