Simpson Saga , See ya SunocoSimpson  in the a lawsuit, board says thanks but no thanks to Sunoco, $500m in new debentures.

Looks like they are holding firm  , but would not be horiibly surprised if an alternate takeover becomes reality.

Long termers may welcome a higher offer for certain.

More isuues certain to arise.
