The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. It gets even better. If we were to trust the words of Jerome Powell during covid, remember he said inflation was transitory. In other words, go ahead and buy that second investment property, a brand new Tesla and that swimming pool in your background. Don't worry because interest rates are going to be low for a long time. Then you have Tiff Macklem telling Canadians that interest rates will remain at 0% until the end of 2023. What do you think people did with that information?
