RE:RE:New Press Release - Kontrol Technologies Announces Second Quarter 2024 Financial Results and Provides Corporate UpdateSo, turns out CEMSI sale was completed on June 24.  A sale of one of few businesses remaining resulting in a gain of about $13 million.  No news release.  Not material at all, so that's all good and fully in line with the spirit of securities regulations.  Just like not telling us that BC was a dud after they told us that they have doubled their capacity to produce 20,000 units monthly.  Not important disclosure at all. Certainly not important in terms of its pump value like so many other ones.  All good.  Trust PG for he has a professional designation that is to be trusted.
