RE:Dividend ReinstatementI think investors are currently fearful that this company is at risk of going bankrupt. When you speak about "possibly restart dividend," you suggest the company is near recovery and a turnaround. And, if that is ineed the case, and you can back that up with facts and data, I'd suggest this stock is a high conviction buy. I haven't joined that camp yet, as there still appears to be too many unknowns and the price action and trend is down, down, down. The lawsuits and counter lawsuits by the two companies that manage and operate this small hotel REIT also suggest there's plenty of shenanigans going on behind the scenes that shareholders know very little about.
