It's like Playing Chicken..... Brookfield vs FED

It's like Playing Chicken..... Brookfield vs FEDI think Brookfield will win.... I think the Market will CRASH before BPY/BPO defaults on Prefers.  

But usually in a CRASH, everything goes down, so Brookfield shares will take it on the chin but will survive.   Many other CRE will fold completely or will never recover to their glory days.   

It's all about interest rates..... All this talk about Occupancy Rates is a distraction to the REAL problem, interest rates.

All just my opinion/view/thinking
