QD that graphic has not changed in maybe a year so I guess I just don't get what you're talking about.

Yes we are in Q3 but in a month from now we will also still be in Q3 meanng those activities may not have started yet despite being in Q3 which would explain why no announcement on the start fo those activities. In other words those activities could still start as promised in Q3 but that could technically be as late as towards the end of September.

Just my thoughts. Always appreciate the back-and-forth for the sake of clarity. . .
