Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. If one reads the article in entirely and don't just read the parts that fit their narrative they will see that the pharmaceuticals are waiting for the sure thing as they have been burned too many times. Oncy appears to be in a decent position but it could still be a long wait and see game. And that's how the market sees it by the volume and stagnant price.
