  • Under normal circumstances, you would be right. But things are not normal. There are crisis coming on many fronts.   The titles in economic news releases have a positive spin but when you dig into the numbers, they are not so good.
  • Majority of the stock will go down when the tide goes out, which will include Almonty.
  • We just finished a 40 year period of falling interest rates. With Quantitative easing, it permitted weak companies to survive.  Recessions are part of the natural order of the market as it cleans out weak companies.  The next twenty years of rising interest rates (they will fluctuate up and down as the central bank try to contain inflation and impact unemployment...hence interest rates won't go up in a straight line over that time period).  Companies will have to be more productive and competitive to survive, hence more due dilligence will be required when trading.  While these shifts occur, it will take the novice investor time to adapt.  Strong companies will survive and Almonty will be one of those, but not before the market go through a period of uncertainty.
  •
  • As for me purchasing more Almonty shares. What makes you think I haven't been purchasing continuously for the last 12 months?  I have been averaging down for quite some time.
