Too much distraction, cost, lost potential upside on Wilan asset and incurrence of break fees on the convertible debentures to do so. Significant near term visibility for prospects for this company and its industry. Company needs to focus on organic and small scale tuck ins for next two years and then think about something bigger like a large acquisition or merger etc. Must avoid change of control until at least 2025. Small cap share prices often languish; nothing to worry about here. Staying long and will get longer over time at this Share Price.
