It’s time for a shake-up

Be sure to withhold your votes on the election of Board and C-Suite next spring. Also vote against the Management Comp packages. Serious messages now need to be sent from shareholders that this garbage is way past inexcusable. CEO and CFO need to go as well as half the Board who do nothing but sit on their hands while watching 2/3 of the share value erode since 2021.
