Water Purchase Agreement

I'm curious as to why Greenbriar has posted the Water Purchase Agreement on SEDAR for Ronnie Strasser but there has not been one posted for Paul Morris?

Same thing goes for the supposed Agreement between Tommy Sullivan Jr. and Greenbriar that apparently took place in 2020.
Who and what was this arrangement with Sullivan?
