bidd time 3.5M$ / auction day and the reserve estimates of 3% conclusion of bids...

the wild card..  the CC pulled in a legal group in NJ who deal w - lets say - bad actors and represent.

lets pray tell that Price Waterhouse has it rite..  IRS is probably still a little POed when the bad debted the mine bak in 2019/20 -2- the tune of 850M$ and recapture for tax credits..  the minbers are very large and carry for 20 years in the 20 M$ range..

its called Jersey Rules..  give em what they want !
