Specializing in menswear and womenswear, the brand delivers versatile, well-crafted collections and brand experiences. It operates approximately 391 stores under three distinct banners consisting of 226 Reitmans, 85 Pennington, and 80 RW&CO.

1. No long term debt (other leases obligation)
2. Current EBIT of 75 million a year
3. Postive earnings of 30 cent per share as of last year
4. undervalued stock price
5. Real Estate value of 240 million accoring to Donville Kent report - 4.80 per share
