E2P + Truss

E2P + TrussThe news today did not include details to clarify exactly what was included / excluded from the deal.  Details on the net benefit to Tilray was also not provided.

To assume the IP was sold off would be an error, to trade on that assumption would also be an error.

There has been no official word from TLRY to confirm particulars so we need to be patient and wait.

All we know is that 1 bottling facility is being reported as sold. We also know that TLRY just bought 4 new breweries from Molson and also bought 8 breweries from BUD. Riff (also TLRY) has facilities as well so we know of (at minimum) TLRY holds no less than 12 other facilities even with the sale of the Truss facility.

I would be curious to know if these recent moves by the company are to move drink production into the United States while reducing production capacity in Canada and consolidating / concentrating Canadian production within RIFF facilities.

Keep in mind the drinks from TLRY are Hemp, they are legal to sell within the US without any changes to existing regulations.
