RE:RE:WILAN settlementI have not read the underlying agreements the conmpany has with Wilan or its other 90% owners. But guessing there is a confidentiality clause. I also would assume that the earn outs have a time delay based on x years from the date the agreements were signed. And value from the 10% ownership would only be realized on a sale, either to the other 90% or to third parties under the agreement's buy/sell arrangements. I see the Wilan "asset" as possible upside to cash balances when the earnouts are paid, if any, or ownership is sold. But if it is worth $nil, it will not change my view that today's share price is undervalued. I suspect the "asset" is worth something, or management would have written the asset down for accounting purposes sometime over the last four quarterly periods.
