They had 3 1/2 years to do something for cannabis, they even had a majority government and they blew it.. What they have done is they brought in a recession, spent trillions, created wars, killed the middle class, raised inflation, interest, food, gas prices, raised home prices, brought in poor migrants that are taking away what little jobs are left. If they think Americans will fall for their last min effort to show how they favor cannabis while blacks, browns have been rotting away with life sentences for minor cannabis possession is disgusting. I will be shocked if Karmela Harris gets voted in as the leader of the democratic party next week in Chicago. 70-80% of the country want cannabis, it creates jobs, helps with illnesses and is taxed. Why 3 1/2 yrs to get this done? What a falure they have been for America and the poor blacks browns still in jail for cannabis use.
