And then there is the 115AF of water rights Ronnie Strasser is supposed to be paid $3.3M inclusive of the $1.05M non refundable deposit he has already received.
That equates to over $29,000 per AF.

The question definitely stands to be asked, Why are Greenbriar shareholders paying 3X as much for water rights then water rights Jeff just sold to a different entity for 65% less.


Do you really think Jeff would answer that question?
