3. the other issue is the US ADR is the CBOT in Chicago..  i hav no clue how U delist on the Ca Side whe the USA ADR has been moved to the Pinks..

5. the Big picture is the sale...  the players pulled in are putting a microscope on NCI and Pala.  the dillagance from what i perceive is directed at the Mine..  or pala...  what and how much of the Yet distrik they actually own or lease.  there are shells in Zug and the Caymans/Trust

7. the doket # 544 on epic was the sign off from the Jersey Group of Attorneys - Roseland or Patterson - take Ur pik..  the specalize in bad actors and represent these elements..  mostrly tax evasion i would guess...  these are not walk in attorneys..  they are from the Federal level and pratice in the US Federal COurts..

my general feeling..  is the bidders in this next round are the same bidders from the 2023.  Pala was not transparent..  it never has been..  the ZUG investors hav pulled some poo..  not here but just abut everywhere they play..  i hav issues w Vlad...  he has some merits... 

will he make off with the stocks..   thats the usual consensus..  here he will get sued under nevada case law.. 

the auction will B in sept...  i think there willB a fair bid and include Vlads 77% stock ownership - treated as an asset..  under TSX rules these can B reversed - not split (also illegal under Nev cxase law) and 90 days B4 termination w/n the TMX or TSX..  the TSX is owned by the big seven banks in canada.

otw the CC has already hired a couple of Ca outfits/Attorneys..

this is a mega line up..  the largest law forms in the country - europe - canada - london...

if the sale flops..  i will simply buy the phoneix...  i live here in the area...  i own several of the nevada mine companies..  barrik was kind enuff last week for a 13% grabb  !  horay
