RE:RE:Canada-Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund

RE:RE:Canada-Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund

Good morning BB. I'm afraid I'm cursed or blessed with getting up at stupid hours. It's usually when my thinking is the clearest I feel.
I went into the AGM meeting wondering if this will be the same old rosy sell job as the last 10.  Sure enough, life is just as grand as it has been over the last decade. Something huge just around that corner, just you wait and see.  All you neysayers are going to finally get your comupances. And maybe we will. They have been moving the project along, and it does feel like we are ready to break out, but they just can't seem to get this thing back on solid ground.
What do we need?!  What do we need to get the share price rising?!  Well we need the PP's to stop and we need to clear out the warrants.  I know, I know, you all have millions of the things, and it's an amazing kicker, but they just tie us down to those prices. Anyway, if we get Step 2 done, maybe it will vault us forward, bring in real non-diluting money, and we can do an early exercising of the warrants so we all get what we want.  We are going to need some serious money soon and Tim must be sweating a bit because if we don't see a serious increase in share price or someone doesn't step up to partner, he's got to raise a bunch of money via the PP again.  Yeesh!  But, a Fallis's gotta do what a fellas gotta do. (Do you see what I did there. Pretty good, hey?!)
When I woke up yesterday, I thought, wasn't there a woman from EBRD on our board or something?  How in the hey hey have we not gotten money from them over this last decade?  BB, I just threw up those links to show the money available.  The one gov't of Canada option was for Aboriginals as the no one signs up for that one, and the main public one sold out in 2 weeks I'm sure.  My buddy works in Forgein Affairs and we send all kinds of money around the world for Green initiatives.  If the Ambassador is pushing for it, and that CERB outfit pushes for it, we should be able to get a few million from the gov't somewhere.  And it should be EBRD or the EU agency helping the cause.  And all we need is someone to back our loan for a few years.
It comes off as a little tone deaf when you are talking about drilling the basin and finding new projects, when you are BROKE!!  Until you find us $5M, sit at your desk and make phone calls until you line up 10 good meetings.  Get us some cash, the engineers/geologists that work for Boron One can deal with the nuts and bolts.  Plus that's all on autopilot, they finish step 2, go to step 3. You pay for it.
We cattle shouldn't be thanking him for a .06 share price.  We don''t pay him to find boron to use in our turbines, we pay him to get the share price up.  We are speculators.  We should want to make money on our investment.  This investment has done nothing but stink since the 2nd year of its existence.  Maybe this year will be different, but make no mistake, it currently stinks.
Now, I am still hopeful they can turn it around, but we need MONEY!  And I will be very thankful when Tim can get the share price back to .30/share, but I'm not holding my breathe.
Have a good Sunday friends!
