RE:RE:Guyana’s Corentyne Block has returned to state hands

RE:RE:Guyana’s Corentyne Block has returned to state handsFrank, I guess I don't know. The only contract I see that was breached was the concession contract that stated de Alba's group needed to come up with a devepopment plan for Corentyne by the June 28th extension, suitable to the government.

So please tell, who are the crooks you keep talking about?  And why would they intentionally lose the license by not having a game plan for a deadline that was known for two years?  Now that the Corentyne license has been completely revoked back to Guyana, what is to prevent them from auctioning it off the highest bidder?

IMO, if anyone is guilty of anything that could warrant a very costly multi-company. multi country lawsuit it would be the Chair of both companies, de Alba. For lack of Fiduciary Duty to both companies. And who is going to fund that litigation since Catalyst conrtrols FEC and FEC controls CGX???? You?
