Got me there.  I did not think about how many employees are required to wait for some decisions by clients.

I was thinking about how many sales and marketing, engineering and project management employees you would need to sell a Drosrite system per month on average and grow that business sustainably over time.  Then the same for ship waste management systems. 

But with the continued growth in every commercial product they have right now, my comment was not well thought out in retrospect.
