Well, here's the true answer to that question, cause I was confused and asked IR. Baru owns 70% of TMS, not 70% of sangihe or miwah. 


thata a big difference. If we own just the projects, we only own 70% of the projects.

if we own 70% of TMS, we get 70% of whatever they do, including and outside of sangihe and miwah.

If TMS gets into other business, and we only own 70% of miwah/sangihe, we get nothing outside of sangihe and miwah. See the difference?

fpr clarity, we own 70% of TMS. And I told them they need to make this very clear in website and PRs. Right now is led to believe we own 70% of just sangihe and miwah.
