RE:RE:A bargain?There are two key indicators I'm currently watching - 

1.   Being, if the City/Water District can come to terms on the fourth cause of action and exactly what this would require the City to do for moving Sage Ranch forward or not. Is the District requesting that the City's growth rate be regulated as previously requested? What requirements need to be met for the EIR for Sage Ranch to be redone.? Does this require the completion of a long overdue RUWMP first?

2. Review of the MD&A + Financials which should be out by the end of next week. If they are not then lookout.
