NCIB ?

If they do miraculously act on the NCIB, it would be a way for DRM and ARTIS to own a bigger slice of the pie and not deploy anymore capital.

18m shares- NCIB = 1.8m units x $20 avg = 36m

Not sure if D can come up but possible if they use asset sales to improve balance sheet and the dividend cut AFFO spare room to buyback
