Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that Sage will "never" get built, but in what form and when are certainly valid questions. What I doubt is if GRB shareholders would ever see any real benefit. The potential profits from the venture decrease with every passing day.
