RE:RE:Royalty sale on Storm

RE:RE:Royalty sale on StormI am heavily involved in this one as I own a good % of htis company (4-5%).

Management is inept, lazy and sold all the royalties. We are now in tyhe process is removing them from amanagement. The uptake bid by FEX will likely fail: they own 20% of the shares but are not allowed to participate in their own tender offer. ALso, its a terribly complicatd tendering process.

We will - I suspect (sic) - instead remove manegement at the AGM or via a speical meeting that FEX could call in the fall. There is too much cash there ($5m) to allow management to employ themselves while turning over shitty, shitty 3rd rate propsects (lifestyle comapny).

You cant run a lifystyle company as managment has done and not expect to get fired. Brandon MacDonald and Ron Cameron are two ot the directors on the speial comittee if you wanted to look at ther resumes.  They will likley ned a job in a few more months.
