Contracts and business model

Contracts and business model

The people running the tenders for municipal water management intelligence- they are all part of a broader community of practitioners. People talk and not just across Canada.

Looks like the use of IAI tools and data science services is becoming a way to advise their councils on pointed reinvestments in water management infrastructure without boiling the ocean on mass scale upgrades.

I have noticed an uptick in contracts awarded. I can't see why the trend wouldn't continue at this point, and perhaps now that larger municipalities there, it serves as a valuable reference point for others.

Love the business model and the tech - it's scalable and they seem to now have an "accepted" value proposition, which is the most impressive part.
