RE:RE:RE:Royalty sale on Storm

IMO Schocor, I am familiar with CMD 2012 royalty and agree their $ 5m looks attractive...

IMO,..I due not like the offer in terms of using here (

  • The offer represents a 64-per-cent premium to the closing price of Commander shares, or a 53-per-cent premium to the 20-day volume-weighted average price, prior to FruchtExpress Grabher's takeover proposal announcement. )
PS .using only a 20 MDA to govern a 64 % share premium Also leaves alot to-be questioned here..

IMO,  not refering to CMD,  but BAY inparticular here,  BAY"S 5 year MDA is 6 cents,..

PS, The market here current , also according to last financings agrees with BAYs mda as being full price..IMO, these financings are questionable themselves forcing limited DD work,.

PS,..GO long in BAY,   Dividends will pay out 2 x price yearly over 10years proven now with current 205 tns cu.    Expanding to 600 tns cu by year end..
