RE: Gran Tierra Energy to Acquire i3 Energy plc

RE: Gran Tierra Energy to Acquire i3 Energy plcIt's all for the wrong reasons and, since I would never buy GTE, I am totally against the deal. Even with today's sp drop of GTE it is overvalued in my estimation and its debt and undertakings in South America are simply not good elements. ITE would be much better off with another company already in Canada and particularly in its main area. GTE is just not a god fit IMO and I don't get the CFD commitments when the non-CFD parts are the same holders to a large extent. Seems to me a way to allow the deal to be quashed at GTE's option.
