The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Rmember how CAD reits were actually cruising pretty strongly at that time, as GST removal on new builds gave us a pop that day. HR was almost $11, Riocan $20...

Then arbitrarily powell said higher for longer and the market used that to short the heck out of REITS and even VNQ/XRE dropped about 15% at least in 1 month, and CAD reits are significantly lower from that day almsot 1 year later\

WHAT WILL HAPPEN THIS SEPT 15? CAN some bs like that just happen agian?
