Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Greenbriar's going to be sitting on the sidelines until the City and District work out their difference.
Doubtful anything happening this year.
Obviously somebody heard the news this morning.
I'm going to need enough popcorn to last till Christmas.
