RE:Will there be a criminal investigation at some point?There is already one since 2019 from the BCSC against the Thindal brothers and associates the original creators/owners of the controlling shares of Reliq alleging they were running 2 other CO as well as Pump and Dump schemes which netted them some millions (.around 19 million from Reliq)
The only ray of hope is that the BCSC froze their assets (expensives real estate around Vancouver BC.
Unfortunately the Canadian justice dystem works at a snail pace.. Also they are counter-suing the BCSE and asked to be sued separately.which by itself might take years for a final outcome after appeals...
Eventually if the suit is sucessful the proceeds from their assets sfter costs if any might be distributed to the shareholders/investors still alive.
