If we ever got anything near 40x, even at .50, that would come to $20 a share. Just 25,000 shares would then we worth a half a million dollars. That said, I don't think we will get 40x.

Any thoughts or expections on what would be a fair amount per share if we flipped?

Just having fun here...

"Pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement, on closing each common share of Woulfe will be exchanged for 0.1029 of a common share of Almonty. Based on Almonty’s share price on July 6, 2015, this represents total consideration of .07 per Woulfe share and a premium of 16.7% to Woulfe’s closing price on July 6, 2015. Upon completion of the Arrangement, Woulfe shareholders will own approximately 40.2% of the combined businesses."

At the closing of the merger, Woulfe shares were .07. The arrangement was 1 WOF share = 0.1029 AII shares.

Doing easy math:
Every 10,000 WOF shares @ .07(value of $700) = 1029 AII shares (10000/.1029). $700 divided into 1029 = .68 per share.

If I am doing it correctly, I believe that Woulfe shareholders received the equivalent of .68 per Almonty share (which represented 100% of Sangdong).

If LB would like to get 40x like he did on what he paid for Pan, Almonty paid .68 per share to acquire 100% of Sangdong. .68 x 40 = $27.20 per share.

I think I did that right? lol

a nice amount of my original shares were from that Woulfe transition - otherwise I would have blinked and missed the opportunity

27.20 per share - I'll take it lol - SOLD
