Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

the Sh bidder was tossed.. the court ordered the potenmtial nbidders sealed.

reas RSSG.. called them a dead bet and not bondable.

the de-listing notice went out on the same day as the SH bidd showered...

read the epiks... the spike lines are the first subsection.. trishura sued and said they would not transfer the reclaim bonds w/o a A&M Best Rating of A... the SH will B countered and hav to pay the 1.25M$ for being stupid...

Molis warned them.. and the SH submitted a canadian SH BId and placed exsemptions on - including - publishing in the press/// using their secretery as the notary...

the So Ordered was by the judge - in the best interest of the company.. the records are sealed going forward.. there will B ZERO epik disclosures going forward. including any delosting litigation on the TMX.. the TMS is not the CAC-Ca.. its the seven big banks in canada who own the TSX..

buy some math.. its against nevada law to dilute a stock in a sale.. PERIOD !

that remediation or closure bond is a very Mega Deal.. it also included Nevada Power for the Substation they placed on the anacada mine site in 2019.. mega and mage-mega... they did not think to much of that Ca Sh bidd....

its sounds like 2 bidders and this will not go to auction.. it will B bidds and approvals on the bak end -is- my guess...

reading the cures.. they need to get SMD bak in.. and it sounds like buff was giving them a hard time and going chinzy on time cards... leaving SMD a million short on parts and labor.. not providing the required space - bolters - re-venting grouters and etc...

the last bidder lot ran them mine into the wall and weent for palas balls.... bad movie !
