RE:30th August: Boardmeeting to approve half year resultsIt is quite interesting that PRG published that announcement with a direct reference to "considering the payment of an interim dividend, if any." If there is absolutely no intention to announce a dividend, then it does not makes sense to even mention it. Of course it could just be ear candy and no dividend is actually declared, but we know in past PRG has declared dividends every year for the past several years with free cash flow, typically during Q4. Timing wise, it would make sense for a dividend to be approved by the Board at the end of this month for payment in Q4. Should this occur, then we could expect to see cash flowing out from PRG to pay PRG shareholders including the MJS parent. Whether MJS issues its own shareholder divididend remains to be seen.
