RE:Shareholder Turnover

RE:Shareholder Turnoveragree, auburn and freddy have statet that they dont have shares in this company - so why so active here? And in my opinion with contributions that bring no value what so ever.

I am heavily invested and was crazy enough to buy even more. What is remarkable, that with great fundamentals and an ever rising gold price, trust in the company/MGM is as low as ever which displays in the shareprice.

- MGM still has not reported on the progress (Deadline 31.08.24) for the new mining aquisation

- MGMstill has not communicated how MJS future will look like? They dont have any business any more. They are just a shell with their majority stake of PRG. They took 2 1/2 painfull years for the IPO of PRG with the foreseeable result, that MJS will not have any business and still, after almost 9 months there is no communication what so ever about the future of MJS and how we shareholders will benefit from this painfull investment. IT IS INCOMPREHENSIBLE

This alone is the biggest FUD you can have, and its all so unnessesary if this clowns of MGM would finally do their job. This must be the main critic, over everything else, justified critic and all this BS coming from some sides.

My agenda is to provide value, even so it seems its a fight against wind mills here. it is frustrating and the only thing we need is a relieable comprehensible plan from this clown gang of MGM. i represent and advocate this opinion since at least the IPO and still, there is nothing happening. i dont know if MGM read here or not. it should not matter. tehy should no need me to point out theat the finally need to communicate a plan. It is overdue. iI should have been done before the IPO. IT IS INCOMPREHENSIBLE

:) bottom line, i hope that everyone of you is able to get though this MGM BS. It must end. MJS is not a fraud. MGM is the most unprofessional in my 10 years stock experience but even they cant f++k up this fundamentals. There is no credible proof, indication or whatsoever of fraud. I Hope you did not got damaged financially adn personally along the way. I believe it will become a much clearer picture this year on how we will benefit in the futre.

If not...everything is up for question

best
Richard
