Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:RE:RE:Attention: Patchhthat SH cam in and did an article for the elko daily press on aug 12 - pushed for de-listing (shareholders will assume liablities ) and all bonds were no applicable..

i.e. all contracts would not B assumed..  the nutts were pushing this into a c-7 where they would come n and strip all of the physical property of NCI..  that was the list of likely suspects who were pulling this..

looks like they were sealed outlast nite and first line of the letter was Province Las Vegas.

NCI is still listed on my trade station 2 day.  does it de-list today last nite w the 12:00 cows or tonite w the 22nd cows ! 12:00

IM HO it looks like the re-claim bonds gave the hoot's both barrels..  filed a Ca Sh short form w this bonds defaulting onto to the prvious owners and no =bonds were needed...

lets see where it goes...

if NCI list today - it should B at the Ca Bell when the markets open and the trade station throws a big ded-red-dot in NCU - the US ADR should also goo...  -->  if the stupids hold...  the secretery of the battery company missed that
