Good Thoughtsthe CC brought in a Law Firm from Patterson NJ who deal w Corps on the Federal Level. Basically Bad Actors - Bunk Time - No More Rolex Time /etc.. came in around frida or monday.. they filed a page & tabel and certified to the effect all of the total nitt piks w monies due. basically a CPA Review by a CPA w a Law Degree. here Price Waterhouse..
there are the usual drills w the NCI Managments on scruing the pooch w payments.. cementex is one and they hav been in i;litigation w NCI for several years..
lets keep them candels lit.. see if the mine can attract a new owner who can pay bills and hire more people - buy mor gear - knock a hole in the basement, for a utility shop and a place to cool down..
as to the mine itself.. reno is 2 hrs away. i suspect thats where U would find the upper mansagment duyring the week and the book mess today... the CC had to hire an attorney/gtoup to deal and vet each and every item for the cures.. looks like around 10 M$ w/o 'Beagel-TIme and the Judges 18 Hole GOld Course !!!!!!!!!!
