im baffled you're not celebrating... are you not like FULLY vested in Canadian REITs? Is this not your moment where the phoenix rises from the ashes!? I know you hold all of the Canadian REITs as if they were Pokmon and you felt compelled to catch em all... but with respect to Artis... it looks like we are headed right for $7 and as DZ points out very astutely - we are like 25% off the bottom.

...instead you're humiliated!? w.t.f. I truly do not comprehend. Almost as puzzling as why TJ lingers here with absolutely no position other than to "hang out" and talk economics. Ya'll mfs weird af !!!
